Our Story
Barranco Academy, was born out of the need to get our staff trained in the various areas of the restaurant industry. Among the main ones are: For-the-job training, On-the-job training, Integral and experiential development, Informal training, Formal training.
We teach what is required to manage establishments and restaurants such as: Management skills, Culinary skills and knowledge, Food handling knowledge, Marketing fundamentals, Broad gastronomic culture, Communication skills, Human and citizenship values, Digital competences.

Our instructors have the technical and pedagogical knowledge necessary to prepare, teach and train people, transmitting the correct knowledge for the development and performance of activities and tasks with the appropriate processes and techniques.
